Privacy Policy

This notice describes the early-access interest and contact forms on Afluencer. These forms record enquiries; they do not create an account, publish a profile or book paid work.

What you share

Creator enquiries include your name, email address and a link to your work. Brand enquiries include your name, email address, brand name and an optional website or social-profile link. Contact enquiries include your name, email and message.

You can separately add optional details about your niche, location and content languages, or your campaign goal, content needs, audience, budget and timing. The first step is saved even if you skip these details. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.

How the details are used

The Afluencer team uses your enquiry to understand your interest, assess fit for early access and respond to your request. Relevant access updates relate to the interest you registered. Submitting these forms does not sign you up for a broader promotional newsletter.

Your enquiry and any confirmation-message draft are stored privately. They are available to authorised staff handling enquiries. They are not displayed as a public creator listing, customer testimonial or campaign result.

Acquisition measurements and browser storage

On public acquisition pages, the website stores a randomly generated visitor identifier and campaign source codes in your browser for up to 30 days. This helps retain the source of a visit as you move from a page to a form. If browser storage is unavailable, the form still works and the source may only last for the current page session.

Our enquiry measurements record the audience page, CTA placement, form stage and server-confirmed acceptance. Analytics event properties exclude names, email addresses, profile links and the text of your enquiry. Source codes and a limited set of referral domains may be stored with an enquiry. We do not send these events to a third-party advertising analytics service through these forms.

The server also uses limited security records to restrict excessive requests. An IP-derived hash may be used for rate limiting. Existing members' sign-in uses separate authentication cookies.

Your choices

After saving your interest, you receive a private link for adding details and stopping relevant access updates. The link works for 90 days. Keep it private. Stopping updates does not automatically erase the enquiry already saved.

To request correction or removal of your enquiry, or if you no longer have the private link, contact the Afluencer team. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information before changing or disclosing it. Duplicate submissions do not reveal another person's registration status.

Storage and service operation

Enquiry information is stored in the application database. Infrastructure used to host the website and database processes information needed to run the service. A configured email provider would process the destination address and message when a response or access update is sent.

Enquiries remain available for review until they are removed by the team; receipt links expire after 90 days. The expiry of a private link does not itself delete the underlying enquiry. This notice does not promise an automatic deletion schedule that the service does not currently operate.

Questions about this notice

Use the contact form for questions about your early-access information. Afluencer will describe additional processing before introducing workflows that require it, such as paid collaborations.
